We are open 24/7 for members. Train anytime—early morning, late night, or whenever your schedule allows.
Office hours are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12pm-6pm
2. Do you require contracts or long-term commitments?
No. No contracts. No hidden fees. Stay because the training works, not because you’re locked in.
3. What equipment does Stronghold offer?
Our facility includes:
Full free-weight area
Squat racks
Olympic lifting platforms
Isolation machines
Cardio equipment
Open training space for functional work
Everything you need for strength, conditioning, and athletic development.
4. What’s the difference between In-Person Coaching and Personal Training?
Stronghold does not use traditional high-cost 1-on-1 personal training.
Instead, we offer coached training sessions, where:
Training programs are personalized
Coaches guide you during your session
You get technique feedback, spotting, and support
Sessions are flexible and not tied to fixed appointment slots
You receive more coaching access at a lower cost and without scheduling battles.
5. How do Coached Punch Card Sessions work?
Punch cards give you a set number of 1-hour coached sessions you can schedule flexibly. A coach will guide you, check your form, answer questions, and help with your program—all without one-on-one pricing.

All sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. This keeps scheduling fair and helps coaches manage availability.
10. Do I need to bring anything for my session?
Bring:
Comfortable workout clothes
Water bottle
Training shoes
Any gear you typically use (belt, wraps, etc.)
We provide everything else you need to train effectively.
11. Can I upgrade or switch my coaching package?
Yes. You can move between coaching options anytime. No penalties or long-term commitments.
12. Is Stronghold a good fit for powerlifters, weightlifters, or athletes?
Definitely. Our facility is equipped with platforms, racks, free weights, and space for strength and athletic training. We also have coaches experienced in barbell sports and conditioning.
